In the first week of 2020, Syndicate celebrated the accomplishments of eight exceptional employees who embody the core values, execute the mission, and exemplify The Syndicate Way. Winners were awarded with a unique crystal trophy embossed with their name and award category. The categories included KUDOS, Leadership, Rising Star, Integrity, Empathy, Excellence, People-Focused, Action-Oriented, and Core Values Achievement. Nominations were submitted by managers and directors. In the case of a tie, the executive leadership team voted to determine a winner. The award recipients serve as a reminder of how every team member can make an impactful difference.
