About Jackie Jones:
Jackie Jones, Manager, Property, Commercial & SIU, Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance (IFBI), Indianapolis, Indiana, has over fifteen years of claims industry experience and holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice & Counseling Psychology from Ball State University. Her role at IFBI includes managing, innovating, and developing software, workflows, supervisors, claims staff, future adjusting strategies, and the overall Property, Commercial, and Special Investigations claims product. She also conducts vendor management, process technology reviews, and, most importantly, the strategic planning and administration of the company’s catastrophe claim response.
Jackie is also a proud member of the PLRB National Claim Conference Planning Committee, Chair of the upcoming 2021 PLRB in Chicago, and is a featured industry speaker on customer service and human behavior topics. Jackie believes the key to personal and professional fulfillment in our industry lies within one’s willingness to engage and learn about human behavior continuously, and seek genuine human connection at every opportunity.
