January 2009 – Syndicate is Hosting Haag Engineering's Certified Roofing Inspector Program
Better educated Adjusters equals better results. In an effort to continuing education , we are hosting Haag Engineering to present their HCRI program. We will have Haag Certified Roofing Inspctors in every state the we currently service.This program consist of 3 days of intensive study and testing. We came to an agreement with Haag to hold this class exclusive to Syndicate Claim Services. The class is also being attending by some Insurance Company Staff Adjusters. The class is being held at the Hilton Indianapolis North January 27th, 28th & 29th. Our Adjusters will be listed on Haag's Web Site as "Certified Roofing Inspectors". November 3, 2008 – Syndicate expands into Michigan
After receiving many requests to expand into Michigan for over a year, we have finally taken the first step. We have hired Mr. Kim Millard to work in the Detroit and surrounding areas. Kim has many years of experience and looks forward to providing excellent service to our new and existing insurance company partners. Our South Bend adjuster, Gary Smith, has also obtained his Michigan license and will handling the lower portion of the state including Benton Harbor, Battle Creek, Portage and surrounding areas.
October 15th, 2008 – Plans begin for state of the art training facility
We have secured additional space in our building to begin build-out on our training center. The training center will be equipped with mock up displays of roofing, siding, framing, electrical, and other components of buildings. We plan to have training programs for new adjusters, advanced training for experienced adjusters, and insurance company specific training for certification. We are in discussions with Engineering Firms, Building Restoration Specialists, and other experts in the building repair and analysis field. We plan to offer Xactimate Certified training. Eventually we may offer IICRC certified training classes for fire and water restoration. We want our staff and students to be equipped with the knowledge to determine the correct repair procedures and damage recognition skills. Our first classes will be scheduled for January and February of 2009.
August 18, 2008 – Bob Murphy joins Home Office Operations
After working for us on a temporary basis we found that Bob had the skills we needed and with our growth we had the need for another full-time Supervisor. Bob has experience from both sides of the fence with the perspective as an independent adjuster and a staff background. His policy knowledge and commercial coverage wisdom are recognized among the industry. His responsibilities include quality reviews of the field adjuster’s reports to assure accuracy for our insurance company partners.
May 29, 2008 – Shelly Halstead joins Home Office Operations
Shelly is a new Claim Supervisor handling key accounts for the company. Her background includes many years as a staff adjuster. Her knowledge of building estimates and customer service skills are unmatched. Her responsibilities include quality reviews of the field adjusters reports to assure accuracy for our insurance company partners.
May 12th 2008 – Todd Taylor joins the team as Director of Operations
Tapping Todd’s many years of experience in the field, we found a perfect fit in working together to fine tune our field operations. Todd’s heart is in Texas and as the company grows, Todd will head up the growth and development of the Southwest territory of the United States, including Texas, Oklahoma, and Missouri, among other areas. Todd is extremely knowledgeable in Xactimate, scoping issues, estimating, and customer relations. Todd will also be heading up the development of our training facility due to open in early 2009.
March 2008 - SYNDICATE MOVES TO NEW OFFICE
Office Moves to 8383 Craig St Indianapolis, Indiana
Syndicate will be moving to a new office on March 28th 2008. The move became necessary due to the recent additions of office staff. The current location in Fishers, Indiana, although convenient, was no longer conducive to our controlled growth. The new office will be located at 8383 Craig St, Indianapolis Indiana. The office is located on the north side of Indianapolis near Castleton. An open house will be held on May 9th from Noon to 5:30.
