Our customer service representatives promptly call every claim upon receipt. We speak with the insured and give them our information and let them know that our adjuster will be in contact within 24 hours. At this time we can also obtain information that may be critical to the handling of the loss or flag these losses for priority or rush status.
Assignments can be sent via our Web site, email, fax, XactAnalysis or IntegraClaim. All assignments are delivered directly to our assignment desk. Once the claim is assigned, the loss notice is electronically transferred to the adjuster. We require our adjusters to make 24-hour contact. We know that inspection requires working with the customer to set a time that is convenient for them. However, our goal is inspection within 72 hours.
