Customer service is our number one goal. We strive to provide outstanding customer service while delivering a quality claims product. Check out the topics below to see how we make this happen.

Assignments
Our customer service representatives promptly call every claim upon receipt. We speak with the insured and give them our information and let them know that our adjuster will be in contact within 24 hours. At this time we can also obtain information that may be critical to the handling of the loss or flag these losses for priority or rush status.

Assignments can be sent via our Web site, email, fax, XactAnalysis or IntegraClaim. All assignments are delivered directly to our assignment desk. Once the claim is assigned, the loss notice is electronically transferred to the adjuster. We require our adjusters to make 24-hour contact. We know that inspection requires working with the customer to set a time that is convenient for them. However, our goal is inspection within 72 hours.
Estimating
At SCS, we work with the leaders in the estimating software market. You can be assured that our estimates will contain the most accurate and latest database pricing in the industry. At your request, we can also use custom pricing, should the market conditions not meet the current demand.
Reporting
We feel that a professional claim report is not as simple as merely filling in the blanks on a generic form. Our reports are professional, easy to read, and contain all information pertinent to the loss. Our standard reporting guidelines are: first report within seven (7) days of receiving the assignment and subsequent reports every 20 days. We can also custom tailor any report or diary system to meet your needs. We can also utilize any reports within the XactAnalysis or IntegriClaim platforms.

Patrick Morgan, Vice President/Operations, 11 years experience. Patrick took his first job in claims as a desk adjuster for a national church insurer in March of 1997. Randy Morgan, Vice President, Executive General Adjuster, RPA
Randy started his career in 1976 with an internationally known independent adjusting company. Throughout his 30-plus years in the industry he has seen it all, from earthquakes in San Francisco to Hurricane Andrew in south Florida. In addition to his invaluable claims experience, he is a founding member of the National General Adjusters Association and a member of the Registered Professional Adjusters Association (RPA).
